Dear Marie. Is it possible to have a frayed strap on a cross body bag replaced . ( I don’t mind paying as it is of sentimental value to me).I have 10 of your bags and this has never happened before.Its not a new style but has been put away for ages due to fraying.It would be lovely to bring it back for me . I would very much appreciate it and await your reply .I love your qvc shows and of course your bags etc.Janet
