Gabriella Espinosa on prioritising pleasure

Menopause presents us with an array of symptoms that can make us turn away from pleasure and intimacy. However, you do not need to accept this as the new normal. Beneath the stress, fatigue or overwhelm you may be feeling right now from your menopause symptoms, it is still possible to experience pleasure.

We often soldier on through our day to ensure that everyone else is happy, sometimes at the expense of our own wellbeing.

Prioritising pleasure is not selfish or indulgent – it is essential to your health and wellbeing. When you make space to invite pleasure you expand your capacity to feel more of it and this has a beautiful rippling effect into other areas of your life.

In this video, I guide you in the practice of Pleasure First, which invites you to make pleasure a priority.
