Cleaning into the New Year

I don’t know about you, but I always lose track of the days during the bit between Christmas and New Year. Yesterday, I thought it was Friday, today I think it’s Monday, when in fact, I’m writing this blog on a Sunday… I think! I’m keeping a very close eye on my work schedule to ensure I don’t miss a shift. That’s happened once before – it’s a horrible feeling to receive a call telling you you’re due on air in half an hour!

So, the New Year is upon us, and I know for me it’s a time when I start planning and looking around the home to see what needs to be done, what needs to be cleared, and what DIY jobs need tackling.

I know many of us like to spring clean as we head into the new year, and very appropriately timed is the fabulous Dyson Today’s Special Value we have coming up  this weekend on Saturday 2nd January.

It’s the fantastic Dyson V7 Animal. We have one of the earlier models from Dyson, and it’s still going strong. It’s brilliantly versatile. Also, I like the fact it’s one of the quieter vacuums, which means I’m unlikely to disturb anyone when using this late at night – often the case doing the shifts I do for QVC.

So, it’s on air throughout the day Saturday, but you can catch the launch the night before at 9pm. I also have a whole hour of Dyson Saturday evening at 7pm.
