Yes your Cat does look like a Puma. My Me Time is spending time with my Dogs, they are so calming. And of course lots of cuddles with my Cat Tigger. Then there are
the lovely walks now that everywhere is
looking great with the lovely Trees and wild
Flowers., and all the Birds are singing.

My ultimate me time is laying back in a lovely bath with some music on. Total bliss and im known for my love of my skincare and bath products. My favourites are Molton Brown or L’occitane and i select whatever one suits my mood that day. I have just discovered the lovely Sea Magik bath salts myself and they now have joined my line up! In fact i saw your show yesterday and managed to order the 3 piece skincare set which i cant wait to receive. Everyone needs some time to recharge – however small and it really does make a difference. Take care xx

You are so right about taking time out. I do Tai Chi classes which helps to relax me and is good for both mind and body.
