There are SO many items over the years that are my favourite things. The BEST EVER purchase is the Lakeland heated airer [ cannot be without it ]. Then of course L’occitane almond [ all of them ], but my MOST special and precious purchases are a few of my Charlie Bears. All come [ as you’ve mentioned ] money back guarenteed.
