If you’re not a fashion fan, look away now, because this blog is dedicated to fashion, fashion, FASHION! At QVC we have a big two-day, new-season fashion event coming up this Friday 14th and Saturday 15th – There’ll also be a code (ALL3EZ) you can use at checkout on the website during the event which will give you three interest-free payments across everything, which is nice!
Julia Roberts and I were persuaded to take part in a photo shoot to showcase some of the gorgeous pieces that will be featuring (I say “persuaded” because neither of us is very keen on having our photo taken – it’s weird how different a stills camera feels from a television camera!). Anyway our lovely presenter stylist Stine made us feel very at ease (do follow her QVC blogs and also, if you’re an Instagram user, follow her there too at @stinestylistqvc for more fashion inspiration and details on what we presenters are wearing on air).
So without further ado here are some of the looks Stine put together for me – all the items should be available at QVC now, although maybe not for long! First – Blue Hues! This lovely long floaty shirt is from WynneLayers and is teamed with a WynneLayers vest, Mr Max faux leather trousers (I’m obsessed with these), Moda in Pelle shoes and an Ashwood handbag.
Next, Cool Contrasts (and yes, I can fly…!). A WynneLayers jumper, Ruth Langsford jeans, Moda in Pelle trainers and a Radley bag.
Or how about some Rock Chic? Ruth Langsford’s fabulous faux leather jacket, her relaxed fit jeans, an Isaac Mizrahi T-shirt, Frank Usher earrings and Moda in Pelle loafers.
The Today’s Special Value offer for Saturday is the gorgeous Ruth Langsford jumpsuit I featured in my last blog, but on Friday it’s all about the footwear with these fabulous boots from Moda in Pelle, available in six glorious colours (this is the Forest Green).
And finally just to let you know there’s another fashion Today’s Special Value offer next Wednesday 19th, when Lulu Guinness will be bringing us the Winslet cross body leather bag in a choice of four colours. It’s a flap-over design with the iconic lip motif on the front and an adjustable chain and leather strap, and has been designed just for us at QVC.
