I really hear you Janet, it’s not easy at all but we have to learn to do it, there’s just no other way. That guilt we carry is so powerful isn’t it? You are just as important as the next person and that means you need rest too – we all need to get better at accepting help when it’s offered, you’re in good company on that one. I’m sitting here reading your article while refusing to let a migraine win, all because I don’t know when to stop and take a break until it’s too late, and if help is offered I always feel I should do the task.
I just can’t help it.
