The back thing is really frustrating isn’t it, I’m off to see a Physio soon, but it is healing. Interesting you say about the massage gun, I’m interviewing a doctor who created one of these next week, be good to get his take on my back woes ha ha.

My gingerbread jumper is actually a new purchase this year, I do have others that I still wear from previous years though, in fact a lot of my clothes I’ve had for years, especially jackets. I’m afraid it’s not from QVC, I purchased it from ASOS, so you may still be able to get hold of one.

Thanks so much for getting in touch, I’ve just heard back from the Hotel Chocolat team and they say…

“We believe our dark chocolate is suitable for vegans, however as it is made in the same environment as our milk chocolate, we cannot guarantee it is free from milk.”

Here’s the full ingredient breakdown for you… Cocoa solids (cocoa mass, cocoa butter), sugar, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), flavourings. Dark chocolate contains minimum 70% cocoa solids.
