You can also see calls, texts, and social media alerts on your watch, all you have to do is pair it with your compatible smartphone. The display is nice and bright, and they have really thought about the battery life as you get six days use before recharge. It also looks really smart in three colour choices of White, Lavender and Slate Grey.<\/p>\n

If you need some motivation this is the personal running coach on your wrist, and all for free to help you train for your next 5k, 10k, half marathon or walk.<\/p>\n
Honestly this is just a slice of what you can achieve. There is so much more tracking with regards to our wellbeing, sleep, menstrual cycle, stress and hydration.<\/p>\n
