When I moved into my new flat last summer, one of the clinchers was that the back bedroom was dark and quiet and almost never gets the sun because of the way the back of the block of flats is constructed.<\/p>\n<p>That said, I find a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qvcuk.com\/dyson\/home-&amp;-kitchen\/_\/N-1z141mxZlfnu\/c.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Dyson<\/strong><\/a> fan with timer is invaluable. The famous <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qvcuk.com\/Dyson-AM09-Hot-%26-Cool-Quiet-Bladeless-Tower-Fan-with-Timer.product.804130.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">AM09<\/a> is something I cannot do without. Just the circulating air from a gentle fan all the way through the night provides movement in the room and keeps me adequately cool, even if it\u2019s warmer outside. Plus with the timer and the remote, if I throw off the covers as I\u2019m hot, I can zap it up to the highest level of fan speed, stick it on a 15 minute timer, go back to sleep as I\u2019m cool, and it turns itself off before it freezes me to death, ha ha. Highly recommended!<\/p>\n<p>While I love my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qvcuk.com\/cozee-home\/home-&amp;-kitchen\/_\/N-1z1410aZlfnu\/c.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Cozee Home<\/strong><\/a> bedding, I also rely on the cool crisp cotton of some of our premium bedding ranges with a high thread count in the warmer months. I find that a bit of sheet shock on my feet does the trick no problem! I must admit while I do get hot flushes sometimes, they are not terrible. I\u2019m more likely to go to bed with a hot water bottle on my feet most of the year&#8230; well, we have had terrible weather, haven\u2019t we?!<\/p>\n<p>Finally, my sleep routine includes having a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qvcuk.com\/tempur\/home-&amp;-kitchen\/_\/N-9em41fZlfnu\/c.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Tempur<\/strong><\/a> pillow, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qvcuk.com\/Tempur-Comfort-Cloud-Pillow.product.807819.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">really soft one<\/a>, as I find it doesn\u2019t overheat my head at all, plus a really comfortable <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qvcuk.com\/sealy\/home-&amp;-kitchen\/_\/N-1z13zblZlfnu\/c.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Sealy<\/strong><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qvcuk.com\/Sealy-Advantage-1550-Gel-Deep-Pillowtop-Mattress.product.520600.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pillowtop Geltex<\/a> mattress with a top layer, which achieves the same outcome in keeping me at the right temperature. Add in a bit of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qvcuk.com\/this-works\/beauty\/_\/N-1z13yciZlfm0\/c.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>This Works<\/strong><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qvcuk.com\/This-Works-Deep-Sleep-%26-Sleep-Plus-Pillow-Spray-Trio.product.239007.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pillow spray<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qvcuk.com\/neom\/_\/N-7j3mzy\/c.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Neom<\/strong><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qvcuk.com\/Neom-Magnesium-Body-Butter-Duo-200ml.product.242683.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Complete Bliss Magnesium Body Butter<\/a>, as well as a new discovery &#8211; a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qvcuk.com\/scentered\/beauty\/_\/N-1z13xcnZlfm0\/c.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Scentered<\/strong><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qvcuk.com\/Scentered-Wellbeing-Aromatherapy-Balm-Duo.product.720472.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">temple balm<\/a> &#8211; and I\u2019m good to go&#8230; to dreamland.
