Hello! Well I reckon that blog title might be the most cryptic ever! So I had better get explaining…

Bristol: I had a couple of short visits in short succession and it’s been such a blessing to be able to see my family again and catch up with the little ones, especially as they are growing up so fast. Last weekend a group of us went to Bristol for a ‘tourist’ weekend which was great fun.

Even though I’m from Bristol, I rarely do that kind of thing when I’m there, and the highlight of the trip was enjoying the incredible vista from the Clifton Suspension Bridge Observatory – I never tire of that view of the bridge and gorge.

Then I was back to Bristol a few days later for a training course I was doing, and I also had some time playing in the park with my nieces and took mum out for a pub lunch. It was a lovely sunny day and pure joy to be with my family again.

Blueberries – I am really enjoying the ‘Blueberry Muffin’ shake from a fitness plan I’m following at the moment. I blitz a handful of frozen blueberries, half a banana, a few cashews, a handful of oats, 300ml of almond milk and a scoop of protein powder in my Ninja; and in one minute I have a delicious breakfast shake – yum!
