It was an incredible experience being back in Italy and spending time on the Trabocchi Coast and in the countryside and mountains.<\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-114360\" src=\"https:\/\/stories.qvcuk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/On-the-beach.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stories.qvcuk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/On-the-beach.jpg 640w, https:\/\/stories.qvcuk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/On-the-beach-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>\n<p>The coast gets its names from the unusual looking structures built around rocky areas which haul down nets to catch fish.<\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-114359\" src=\"https:\/\/stories.qvcuk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/coastal-structures.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"512\" height=\"534\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stories.qvcuk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/coastal-structures.jpg 512w, https:\/\/stories.qvcuk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/coastal-structures-288x300.jpg 288w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/>\n<p>The weather was definitely \u2018changeable\u2019 going from sleet, snow, heavy rain and then to sunshine and clear blue skies. On one day, we left the coast in glorious sun then arrived to film in the mountains in thick snow &#8211; take a look at this video I took!<\/p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4uaXSV4iOMM\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe>\n<p>I am learning the main challenge when working away is trying to eat healthily. Just take a look at some of the pastries on the breakfast buffet &#8211; in Italy cake at breakfast is a big thing but not good for my willpower or my blood sugar!<\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-114357\" src=\"https:\/\/stories.qvcuk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/pastries.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stories.qvcuk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/pastries.jpg 640w, https:\/\/stories.qvcuk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/pastries-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>\n<p>I am also learning what skincare is good to have with me on my travels and here are my current favourites:<\/p>\n<p>The Elemis Beauty pick of the Month Serenity Cleansing Balm. I love that, as well as taking off make-up, it will also be wonderful to add to a bath or shower to cleanse the body after a busy day of filming.<\/p>\n<p>The Clinique Supersize of the Month All about Eyes eye cream. I find hours spent travelling and long filming days leave my eyes puffy and tired, so looking forward to trying this.<\/p>\n<p>The Sea Magic Mineral Mist.
