As part of our Menopause Your Way campaign, we&#8217;re focusing on the theme of cognition and mood &#8211; the chosen topic for World Menopause Day on 18th October as selected by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imsociety.org\/education\/world-menopause-day\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the International Menopause Society<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the month you can expect to read a whole host of content on Stories, from articles on the benefits of chocolate to manage your symptoms, to how taking testosterone can support your sexual wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p>You can also tune in every Monday at 10am for our weekly magazine-style show on QVC Live, hosted by Jackie Kabler.
