It\u2019s mostly photos in my blog this week… a quick fire round-up of little bits and pieces from life outside and inside work! Here we go…<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n

At home the Christmas tree is up (a Santa\u2019s Best<\/a> one I bought at QVC when it was a Today\u2019s Special Value offer a few months ago; I thought our new house deserved a new tree for our first festive season in it!) and I\u2019m loving it. I\u2019ve actually put FOUR trees up around the place, but only one big one! And despite not really being a pink girl when it comes to fashion, I have a pink colour scheme going on this year and I rather like it…<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n

My top Christmas fashion pick this year is definitely my Ruth Langsford blazer<\/a> with the beaded lapels. I\u2019ve worn it on air a couple of times already and will be wearing it to events outside of work too… it\u2019s FABULOUS!<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n

And to balance the over-indulgence to come, I\u2019m still running my way through December, despite finishing my 1,000 mile charity challenge back in November. At the weekend I ran 10km at an event called \u201cThe Race Before Christmas\u201d which was fun (also a good excuse to wear my 1,000 miles t-shirt!).<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n

At work, I\u2019ve spotted another couple of great deals for you if you still need gift ideas. Decleor\u2019s big Christmas offer is a four-piece skincare collection, on air on Saturday 14th but available to order in advance HERE now<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s perfect for this colder weather (really hydrating) and contains some familiar products with new names! One of my favourite words!). There\u2019s a choice of six colours (I\u2019ve been lent the Blue Sapphire to show you but there\u2019s also Red, Dove Grey, Dark Green, Merlot and Black) and inside the flap you\u2019ll find a message: \u201cI Love Today\u201d, a reminder maybe to try to live in the moment and try to find something good in every day, no matter how difficult it might be sometimes. Our last QVC shopping day for pre-Christmas delivery is the 20th so this sneaks in nicely ahead of that!<\/p>\n

Even though it\u2019s a time tinged with sadness when I think of loved ones who can\u2019t be here to share it, I do adore Christmas,\u00a0 but if it\u2019s a sad or lonely time for you (I\u2019m so sorry), or just something you don\u2019t celebrate, hang tight… only a couple of weeks to go before it\u2019s behind us again.<\/p>\n
