Well for me that question is not even up for discussion and I would happily trot off to a spa at any given opportunity. Unfortunately with a hectic schedule the opportunity to squeeze in a spa day doesn\u2019t come around very often but I finally managed it this week.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t think we realise sometimes until we take time out, just how face paced life is at times and a bit of rest and relaxation works wonders. So my indulgent spa day, which was actually a Christmas present was a most welcome treat.<\/p>\n\"\"\n

After a day of being pummeled and pampered it was time to head home for a chilled out evening, so it was the perfect moment to unleash the Ninja<\/a> to cook up a healthy dinner.<\/p>\n\"\"\n

So I think it\u2019s easy, when you are desperately trying to feed the family to get stuck in a rut.<\/p>\n\"\"\n
