Tackle the elements in style, come rain or shine

Ahoy sailor, what have you brought for us today?

…the answer is a fabulous Today’s Special Value from QVC’s very own trusted outerwear brand, Centigrade! We’re excited to bring you this versatile faux down coat with a detachable faux fur hood, which is practical and stylish in equal measures. No matter what your mission of the day is, you’ll be super comfy and ready to tackle the elements, regardless of the unpredictable island weather we tend to experience at this time of year.

To showcase how fabulous this coat is, I asked six of our lovely presenters to wear it as they normally would, while going about their business outside of QVC. You’ll see it’s the perfect companion for those crisp autumnal walks in the countryside, for a windy wintery stroll along the beach, or simply out in the garden or your local park with the kids and your furry friends.

Kathy has gone for the Loden Green option, seen here blending in with nature and her surroundings out in the garden. She’s chosen to wear jeans (these are a wardrobe staple) and these ankle boots from Vionic, which are a perfect colour match with the coat to complete this cool, casual look.

Julia is seen here wearing the Bone option, which is a striking winter white, with faux leather leggings for a dressier feel, and to finish, some super cosy ankle boots by Emu. Here is a similar legging style and boot style, if you’d like to replicate this look.

JillyJilly shaking hands with Shaun the sheep in the Dusty Pink option of the coat, such a lovely neutral shade that’ll complement most colours. Seen here wearing these jeans by Ruth Langsford and similar boots by Emu.

Eilidh and her adorable little boy, Beau, out and about in matching coats. How cute is that?! Perfect for running around kicking leaves, jumping in puddles and basically releasing your inner child… All you need is a pair of jeans (like these) and a pair of weather-proof boots (like these) and you’re good to go!

Debbie in her Navy option, where she has chosen to use the fooler this coat style offers for a layered look. For a similar vibe, try these joggers by White Stuff, these ankle boots by Emu and this cashmere scarf by Amanda Wakeley.

Kathryn seen here in her Loden Green coat looking country-side chic. She’s also wearing this top by Joules, these jeans by Ruth Langsford and these boots by Vionic.

And we’ll finish where we started, with Katy looking oh-so cute in the Black option paired with this pom pom hat by Muk Luks and a perfect red pout to elevate the look. Sunny, breezy beach walks with a touch of glam!

The coat comes in five timeless colours (Black, Dusty Pink, Bone, Navy and Loden Green) so there’s plenty to choose from, so why not treat yourself to something nice? To find out more, make sure to follow my Instagram for any fashion news and TSV updates here at QVC, as well as tuning in for the Centigrade TSV launch this coming Friday at 9pm to kick off our Black Friday Weekend. I’ve heard rumours that Jilly will be wearing the Dusty Pink option…

Stay safe and cosy.

Your trusted stylist,

    1. Hi Diane,

      The presenters are in the following sizes: Kathy – M, Julia – M, Eilidh – XS, Debbie – L, Kathryn – M, Katy – M & Jilly – L.

      Hope this helps,

    1. Hi Jill,

Depending how warm you get and how many layers you like to wear in winter, I’d go for either a size M or L.

      1. Hi could we please have the sizes like this when you advertise products as it helps so much not all presenters give out sizes and it helps us make a judgement instead of always going by the size guide as this isn’t always true but we can gauge the sizes of presenters (roughly) against ourselves thank you

  1. Lovely coat. Have lots of centigrade items, always good value. I am a 8 to 10 high street and always go for xs if that helps anyone
