Over the years both through my own menopause journey and supporting countless women in theirs, I’ve compiled some top tips to make your skincare and make-up regimen a little easier.

Perimenopause and menopause can pose a whole host of challenges: hot flushes causing skincare and make-up to slip and slide, hormone fluctuations leading to dryness and irritation, and increased sensitivity too. You could also find your skin remains exactly as it was before!
