Menopause support on International Women’s Day

Wednesday 8th March is International Women’s Day, a moment that celebrates the achievements of women while raising awareness of discrimination and driving real, purposeful change. It’s also an important time to increase visibility of the experiences women go through on a daily basis.

In the video below you’ll see QVC customers, presenters and guests sharing advice on how to cope with menopause symptoms and tips on reaching out to those closest to you, so you can create your own tribe throughout midlife.

As the saying goes, a problem shared is a problem halved – so hopefully you can face menopause head on and feel positive during this new phase of life.
