I’m sorry to message you personally but I wonder if you can possibly pass this message on to Ruth Langsford for me. I have many of Ruth’s clothes but basically I bought a khaki & a black twill denim jacket earlier this year & I’ve ‘lost’ one of the buttons of the khaki one, which incidentally I have only worn a few times. I contacted the Customer Care dept but they said clothing is only guaranteed for 6 months & there is nothing they can do. As I watch you & Ruth every Thursday I know how passionate she is about the quality of her clothes & I’m sure she would want to know if a button had come off after a few times of wearing & not even been washed yet! As they are ‘jean’ type silver stud buttons I would have to buy a complete new set & have them fixed as they can’t be sewn.
Anyway I’m really sorry to burden you with this but as I’m not on Twitter etc I didn’t know how to contact Ruth about it but wanted her to know.
