I have the Pilates machine which I purchased on qvc years ago so will have to look up arm and shoulder exercises online, and love the arm weights while walking idea.

Thanks for your lovely post and kind compliments and glad to have you back watching Fashion on Friday.

I wear wrist weights when walking on the treadmill and also I have my Aeropilates machine with some great arm exercises. And on holiday I was swimming every day too.
