You look fabulous. Like you, I do Pilates 5 times a week. As a 67 year old I looked at my arms and thought I would like them to be a little more defined. I bought the Tili wrist and ankle weights at a fantastic bargain price. I wear them when I do my Pilates and I have seen a massive improvement. I wear wrist weights when walking on the treadmill and also I have my Aeropilates machine with some great arm exercises. And on holiday I was swimming every day too.
