Hi Kathy
We had a great time with Wilfie – he went home on Monday but he has been a joy to have around. Fortunately, he is an extremely good boy in the car & he’s settled back in at home now.
I have booked holiday leave for October but it really does depend where I’m at with my eye 😕 The thing is, I’m not allowed to swim for a couple of weeks after any surgery and that is one of my favourite things to do on holiday so we won’t go anywhere if that’s not going to be possible. Fingers crossed it all gets sorted before then.

Hi Jules,
It was lovely having Wilfie to stay – a bit sad to see him go on Monday but looking forward to the next time.
Unfortunately, m6 eye hasn’t improved so I will have to have some kind of corrective procedure done. My next appointment is on August 4th so hopefully it will become clearer what needs to happen next.

I’m sure Wilfe will be fine he is used to being in your home, so it’s just a little holiday for him too. Which is what we think when we take our 2 Collies to their Hotel when we go away. We do miss them though. Yes it was aimed at you both about a Puppy, i all ways think of you if i see a Dalmatian Puppy although i don’t see many i must admit. Maybe one day… I hope you manage to go away in October, i think i said we were going in November but we are going in October and flying home in November. hopefully. Wouldn’t it be strange if we visit the same island. 🙂 Ian still has so much holiday to use up we have to go away somewhere. I think the gardens are looking exceptional this year, it has to be the weather, the seasons seem to be changing, we Hot Lips Salvia, looks amazing at the moment. Yes it would have been nice to see a pic of both of you in your wedding finery, maybe a photo will turn up some where. I do hope your eye recovers soon, such a shame you are having problems.
