I highly enjoyed listening to this pod cast and learning about the ethos of Hotel Chocolate. One thing however concerns is that looking at ingredients one will find the use of palm oil which we know have major environmental and ethical concerns. Would like the CEO of Hot Chocolatier explain this thank you.
