Will Gowing talks to award-winning garden designer and presenter of BBC Gardeners’ World, Mark Lane. Mark tells Will how a serious accident back in 2001 led him to a successful career in garden & landscape design, supporting many incredible charities and of course joining us here at QVC!

H Will, I watched this mornings Love Gardening programme which was presented by Simon Biaggi who just happened to be presenting the show with Mark Lane as the guest. I have seen Mark on other shows and i am very impressed with his relaxed style of presenting. He drew me in and i wanted to see and hear more. Just by chance i found this interview later on which i found extremely interesting and am very pleased Mark is now working with QVC. What a gem.

Ooooh, you learn something new everyday. I never knew you had a community garden going at a young age – great idea and one which seems to be trending, thankfully. I think you should start a new trend in the garden of contemporary wild, that’s loosely my principle with the naturalness and wildlife (not too sure of my choice of specie types, but I choose natives where possible).
