Hello!
Well, I’ve just had the last week or so off work and I slept a huge amount. That, coupled with a little bit of DIY, some gardening and catching up on TV. I love seeing the reruns of Repair Shop. It’s a great way to escape and see amazingly talented craftspeople at work, and it reminds me of my days as an upholsterer… some thirty years ago! They were great times, to be taught how to transform, repair and put life back into furniture was so rewarding and a privilege.
You may have caught me on air before my break, spending most of my time seated, as my left knee has been giving me some trouble. Thankfully, it’s feeling a little better now and I’m moving more freely.
So, my first day back was on Monday and one of my shows was a Christmas hour! That’s right, Christmas, in the month of March! It was really fun and the hour was packed with Clearance prices. My mum caught the show and loved the Christmas Tree Tiered Cake Stand. Well, how could I resist – so I’ve placed my order and have arranged for it to be sent to Mum. She’s really excited, and it’s fantastically reduced in price, too.
And what a fabulous weekend we have ahead of us at Q. I’m really looking forward to our Gardening Event this Saturday, when I’ll be on air from 2pm with an hour of the brilliant Plants2Gardens. Then, on Sunday the 3rd, we’re bringing you a fabulous Elemis Today’s Special Value offer. Once again, it’s a fantastic collection.
