Sunny walks and a sizzling summer offer from Australian Bodycare

Hope you are keeping well and safe. From my personal point of view, having had the sunshine bless us with her golden rays’, I have found things much easier to cope with.

Talking of summer, that’s the theme for my short blog this week.

Firstly, I went on a wonderful summer walk with some friends last weekend in Epping Forest, it’s called the Oak Trail, a 6.6 mile circular walk beginning and ending at the pretty Essex town of Theydon Bois.

We took lunch with us and stopped a couple of times to take in the beauty of the forest. The giant wild fungi you can see above were one of my favourite sightings!

Growing on a huge log of a felled tree, they were so fascinating to observe and no, I didn’t bring any back with me for mushroom soup as there were signs telling walkers to ‘not to pick the wild fungi’.
