Happy New Year and how to relax with Homedics

Happy New year to you all! I hope your Christmas was comfortable and that there was some time to eat a bit more and watch a bit of feel good telly.

For us, it was a very last minute affair as we moved into the new house on 21st December.

We did manage to find some plates, cutlery and the pans to cook a dinner just in time.

Beaus is still a little young to understand what Christmas means and I think he either thought we were moving again, because we were opening more boxes on Christmas Day, or that Christmas had been going on for the previous six weeks, due to the moving boxes… Next year, we’ll do a letter to Santa and mince pies for Rudolph.

New Year’s choices

I’ve decided that I want to take a bit more time for my own health and wellbeing. Yoga, Pilates, meditation and healthy eating are all very doable activities and ways of life that can be done at home. One area of exercise that is often over-looked, but essential, is stretching properly and that’s why the Homemedics (402825) Today’s Special Value on Wednesday 6th January is so useful. It’s at a super QVC price of £194.96 plus P&P, usually with us, it’s £250.

But what does it do? It’s innovative design has been made to help you move your body through a gentle yet powerful sequence of stretches and twists.

There are six pre-programmed sequences inspired by yoga positions: Unwind, Recover, Stretch, Twist, Energise and Flow. You choose the setting that you’d like to focus on.

To give you an example:

The Stretch sequence is beneficial to help release tension in the back, shoulders and hips.

The Energise sequence focuses on spinal extension to help energise the body.

The Unwind sequence combines both stretches and twists to help release tension.

The Recover sequence has a varied tempo to help you feel re-energised and all the settings help you towards an end result of being more flexible over time.

It has a handy fold-away design, making it not only easy to store but easy to carry and move about wherever you need it. You have your 60 Day Money-Back Guarantee to really try it out at home and get used to it.

I also want to tell you about our super exciting QVC giveaway. This is the first time QVC have ever done something like this. It’s an opportunity to win some incredible prizes every day! Here’s what to do: place your order with QVC and then add you order number here. Next, you’ll be able to spin a virtual wheel with 1000’s of prizes to win, including big names like Lulu Guinness, Lola Rose, Bose and so many more. You can enter three times a day with three separate order numbers.

You will also automatically be entered into a grand prize draw to win £10,000! How exciting is that? The winner will be selected at random on 27th January 2021.

Good luck and have fun!

I’m going to bring this blog to a close with a photo that brings so much joy to my heart and I wanted to share it with you all.

I really hope to take some of what I learn and see with Beau as a reminder to stay open and to keep interested in learning new skills. That’s why I chose this photo of him discovering a rainbow. The innocence and delight in his open little face is so beautiful and reminds me to be curious, in even small everyday occurrences.

I look forward to staying in touch with you all, as much as I can this year. Please keep your messages coming as I love receiving them.

Stay safe and take care.

Love,

Eilidh
