It’s all about the boot

This blog is all about the boot! Specifically, the Vionic upright Naomi Snake ankle boot. All the details of those coming up, plus how I like to style them.

Before I get into the boot, let me fill you in on life in the Nairn-Russo house. Beau is growing at such a pace and in two weeks’ time, he will be a one-year-old!

I can’t believe that I’ve got a one-year-old little boy. Everybody says the time flies and to make the most of these times, but its not until you actually experience it that you truly understand how quickly the time vanishes. He is now in full walking mode and attempting to run too! He has also just cut his 8th tooth and with his new teeth he loves to chew on a warm crumpet with butter or suck pieces of stewed pear. One of his favourite things to do, however, is copy myself and Elliot.

Today, for example, I saw he had picked up a badminton racket and was sliding it about in front of him, going under the table and round the chairs with great determination and then I realised he was copying me vacuuming! Ha ha. Very cute. Here he is in full motion.

I am very excited to be able to share the news of the new Naomi snake suede ankle boot, which will be the new Today’s Special Value on September 8th for 24 hours, at a great price. In my opinion, this is a must for autumn, winter, spring and summer. There you go, a boot for all seasons, done!

There is everything to love about them, from the water-resistant suede with the leather snake back panel, to the side buckle feature and the fact that they have an easy 2.4″ heel. They come in Black, Navy, Olive, Wheat and Wine. Check for your size on the website. You also know that with Vionic shoes, they will have the technology to help natural foot function as the company has a podiatry background.

One of the many reasons I love the boots is that you can really mould them to your style, whether you are a woman who lives in jeans and shirt or a boho lady who loves a boot with a long dress or skirt. I think it will perform well as a fashion boot to give that cool cowgirl edge (I love that style), but if you want it to work hard as your everyday boot that you pull on in the morning and kick off at the end of the day, it will do that too. That’s where the Vionic designs and technology really comes in to their own.

At the time of writing this blog, I didn’t have my boots with me, hence why they are not in the photo, but I think they will look great with my suggestions. You will see more of me putting these outfits on my Instagram @eilidhnairntv with the Vionic boots.
