The blog before Christmas

Festive greetings!

Just a little while to go now and before we know it we will be out the other side! Just a quickie from me today to say that I hope you have a very happy Christmas (and, as I said in my last blog, if Christmas is a sad or lonely time for you or something you don’t celebrate, I hope you have a good week regardless). It’s SO Christmassy at QVC; I haven’t counted the number of decorated trees up around the building but there are many, everywhere you look, including TEN in the corridor outside our staff canteen, one by the bin backstage, loads in the studios… I could go on, but instead here a few photos to illustrate my point!

I’m fortunate to have Christmas itself off this year but I’ll be back in work from the 28th and working right through New Year. Being back on the 28th means I’m just in time to join Ruth Langsford for her latest Today’s Special Value offer. This time it’s a lovely V-neck sweater with side vents and a hi-lo hemline, in a choice of seven colours (Black, Grey, Chocolate, Orange, Purple, Camel and Blue) and in sizes XS to 3XL. It’s in a fine knit perfect for layering (a poly/wool/acrylic mix) with full length sleeves and I suspect it’s going to be very popular! I’ll be with Ruth for a full hour of her own fashion at 9am and then for a Fashion Edit show at 1pm on Saturday 28th and it will be the usual mix of fashion and fun so we’d love you to join us!
