The four questions I’m always asked.

  • How frequently do you exercise?
  • What’s the intensity of your weights and ab workout?
  • How long do you run for?
  • How long is your yoga or Pilates workout?

We are all different and we all need to tailor make our workout regime to not only suit our crazy daily lives but to suit our bodies as individuals.

Go slow, build up, find out what you enjoy so it’s not a chore, mix it up and then when you see results you get even more motivated and you will feel so much healthier in so many aspects of life.

Don’t think it’s a breeze, it’s got to make a difference and it’s that difference that makes the change in your body and wellbeing.

  1. Nice to see you back. What have you been using on your hair? It looks thicker and shinier it’s lovely, the best I’ve ever seen it. Your love of fitness puts me to shame I got to sixty and stopped.

  4. Just received my Davina McCall workout it looked good on the TSV and I’ve only been using it for a day but compared to my older workout unit this one is so much easier and better. Would definitely recommend well done davina. Best wishes Ray

  7. It would have been nice to get a more detailed workout plan step by step as I am a complete beginner
