A little bit of luxury I can’t part with…
Where do I start? I honestly didn’t expect to fall in love with this Silk Pillowcase from Northern Nights, so I wanted to find out more about it and share my love for it with you. Honestly, on my first night’s sleep I was like, where have you been all my life? And why have I never tried a silk pillowcase before?
It is made from 100% mulberry silk, of natural cellular fibre and in a standard size. It’s so gentle and cool to sleep on, containing natural proteins. The silk is woven tightly, reducing excessive frictions which can cause hair breakage. What’s more, silk doesn’t conduct static electricity, so it’ll keep your hair soft and prevent static and tangled hair in the morning. Silk is also hypoallergenic and breathable!
It’s different from sleeping on a satin pillowcase, and the two main things I noticed was how lovely and cool it was, and mainly no tangled hair (as I have fine hair). Plus, no heavy wrinkles or marks from sleeping. I’ve bought a few ahead for gifts, as our price is so good and I was comparing silk pillowcases prices.
