How’d I go on line to add my detail + house number + post code , & order numbers to actually see the spinning of the wheel – when I press it tells me instantly that not a winner try again ,but never see wheel spin
For years I have been a happy QVC shopper and never have I had cause to be disappointed. However, I have to say tonight I am disappointed, in fact I am very disappointed! Why? Well, because having just ordered some Elemis products, I went on to enter`The Great QVC Giveaway’ only to find, for some inexplicable reason, the competition is not open to customers in Northern Ireland. Would someone be kind enough to shed some light on the reason behind this exclusion please. Thank you.

I won a prize on qvc giveaway had an email saying prize could not be awarded as invalid order number. The order number was valid so why did I not get my prize.
