To spa or not to spa?

Well for me that question is not even up for discussion and I would happily trot off to a spa at any given opportunity. Unfortunately with a hectic schedule the opportunity to squeeze in a spa day doesn’t come around very often but I finally managed it this week.

I don’t think we realise sometimes until we take time out, just how face paced life is at times and a bit of rest and relaxation works wonders. So my indulgent spa day, which was actually a Christmas present was a most welcome treat.

After a day of being pummeled and pampered it was time to head home for a chilled out evening, so it was the perfect moment to unleash the Ninja to cook up a healthy dinner.

The Ninja Health Grill and Air Fryer, is my new kitchen obsession. Not only does it make the most perfect chips, it’s turned out to be one of the  most versatile additions to my cooking armoury. I’ve made no secret over the years that I’m far from a domestic goddess and out of all of the household chores I do find cooking really tiresome.

To me it’s like painting the Forth Bridge, I think when you are trying to feed the family week in week out it really takes the fun out of cooking and dare you to try to conjure up  something new, you know full well no one will ever like it. So I think it’s easy, when you are desperately trying to feed the family to get stuck in a rut.

So let me introduce you to the very versatile Ninja that will grill, air fry, bake, roast and even dehydrate! Coming to you at an exceptional Today’s Special Value price,  all day on Tuesday, it will not only be an exciting addition to your kitchen but it will also spice up your regular meals too by locking in the flavour with its cyclonic grilling technology.

The Ninja comes with a recipe book too and all the instructions you need including how to char grill things like chicken breasts even from frozen! The chicken tastes so succulent and steaks just melt in the mouth, even a burger is juicy and so full of flavour.

Air frying is another great function, where you can enjoy your crispy fried foods cooked with little or no oil. I’ve yet to make a cake in the Ninja but why not, it’s a mini oven after all and my daughter is going to dehydrate some mango at the weekend, which will hopefully save me a fortune as she munches her way through a couple of the shop bought packets every week.

Join me on the launch if this incredible Ninja product and we’ll show you more ways to use this amazing machine, with lots more recipe ideas too to tantalise your taste buds, and I’ve  been promised my favourite midnight snack… chips!

See you there,

Jilly x

  1. Glad you enjoyed your spa day, Jilly. I’m definitely on your side there – there’s nothing I like better than the rest and relaxation, as well as the pampering! I’m using my Christmas treat next Friday and looking forward to it very much x
