Yuletide advent!

It’s the last shopping week to have presents delivered to you in time for the big day. I’m sure you won’t be surprised to hear that there’s quite a few special offers still to come and if you been holding off in the hope of a reduced price on a favourite brand, we hopefully have loads in store for you.

Here’s what the last week for Christmas shopping looks like:

I mentioned in last week’s blog that the Saturday 14th special offer from Decleor was on pre-sale and was already available on the web. Lots of you took advantage of the special offer and ordered early, but for those of you who haven’t heard about it yet, tune in on Saturday and we will hear all the information from Fiona Brackenbury and with P&P still being just £1.95 on beauty products, this will be a great last minute gift.

Sunday 15th we go hi-tech and bring you an Amazon Fire HD10 tablet offer. Amazon always give us amazing prices and with the extended 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (meaning for Christmas presents you have until the 25th January to return), you really can’t go wrong.

The Amazon fire tablets are amazingly good value and incredible build quality. We have two in the Biagi house and they haven’t put a foot wrong. Join Lee that weekend to make sure you don’t miss out.

Monday 16th starts the last week before the big Ho Ho Ho with a great offer from IT Cosmetics. You’ll have to join the gang to find out all the details, but it’s a range designed to solve skincare problems developed by Jamie Kern Lima, a TV anchor and journalist to help solve some of her problems. IT Cosmetics is one of the brands that British beauty editors have been desperate to try for years. Kern Lima developed the brand after finding that no cosmetics were adept at dealing with her rosacea.

She recalls a newscast where she accidentally wiped off her eyebrow live on TV and was mortified to see that her redness was also showing through her ‘full coverage’ foundation. “I realised that finding the right make-up is easy when you have great skin, but is nearly impossible when you have problem skin. I knew that if I could give women products that truly gave them the most beautiful skin, it would be life changing.” Worth looking out for, eh?

Tuesday 17th is going to be a great day at QVC because it’s the first Today’s Special Value from the wonderful Harry Slatkin. It’s a great offer with two of his huge four wick fragranced candles. The New York Times called him the “king” of home fragrance and celebrities like Oprah and Elton defer to him when it comes to home fragrance.

I haven’t met Harry yet, but watched him work with Catherine Huntley when he was in last time and wow… this man knows his fragrances! It will be a pleasure to have him in the UK for his first TSV and I’m looking forward to meeting the man himself.

Wednesday 18th brings us a beautiful offer from the lovely Radley. It’s a large Crownhill flap-over matinee purse in a great range of colours and it could be just the ticket if you are looking for a great purse for the other half. Just remember to put some money in it before you wrap it to bring good luck!

Thursday 19th has everyone’s hair looking amazing with a great special price offer on the Babyliss Easy Air Curler. I know I’ll be working with Beverly and her team that day and I really look forward to the ‘magic’. It’s fascinating to see this device ‘suck’ the hair in and deliver a beautiful curl without you having to do anything. Great New Year party hair is but a moment away!

Friday 20th is our last shopping day and we finish with a belter! A Lulu Guinness tote bag. Her bags are objects of desire and would be a very welcome present to receive I’m sure. The easy payments on offer will help I’m sure, and with that extended 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, if you not quite sure, it’s easier to take the plunge.

I have most of my presents sorted now and have prepared the basis of our Norwegian Christmas meal, which is slow roasted pork belly, sausages and special ‘medistekakker’ meatballs (well, I’ve made the meatballs at least!) I just have to filter my damson gin, check the batteries on my light up Christmas jumper and leave out a wee nip for Father Christmas and I’ll be able to relax.
