Anniversary getaway, two podcasts and a host of offers!

Hello from sunny Oxfordshire!

In reality, I’m actually at home in Malvern writing this week’s blog, but the picture above is of me and Steve celebrating 16 years together at a farm/hotel in the countryside a few days ago.

We were so lucky with the weather. We only had one night away but the sun came out for us. Plus, we enjoyed some lovely food and a few glasses of wine too! Are you celebrating any special anniversaries/occasions soon? Let me know in the comments section at the bottom of this blog, we all love to hear good news.

I’ve been presenting a mixture of shows on QVC lately, which has been a lot of fun. You can join me on-air over the next couple of weeks at the following times…

  • Saturday 3rd July at 4pm, 6pm and 7pm
  • Sunday 4th July at 6pm and 7pm
  • Friday 9th July at 1pm, 2pm and 4pm
  • Saturday 10th July at 12pm and 1pm
  • Sunday 11th July at 2pm and 3pm

Friday 2nd July is Jewellery Day and our Today’s Special Value offer will be this set of two bracelets from Lola Rose (the product number is 346452). They come in a choice of six semi-precious stone mixes. Which one do you like the look of?

July is also Diamonique Month, so you can discover plenty of exciting shows over the next few weeks. Take a look at our TV Guide to see what’s on.

On the Inside QVC podcast this week, I’m chatting to beauty blogger and OPI brand ambassador, Daisie Smith (above left). I loved talking to Daisie about her early career in fashion and beauty journalism, plus how she came to work with the nailcare experts at OPI. You can listen here.

I also recently recorded a podcast with Switchboard, the LGBT+ helpline. In fact it’s one of the UK’s oldest LGBT+ charities. It provides information and support for anyone in the community and a safe space to talk for anyone considering issues around sexuality and/or gender identity. I spoke to the charity’s Co-Chair Tash Walker (above right) and this episode will be available from Monday 5th July. It’s definitely one to look out for, it’s a very interesting listen.

Let’s talk sleep… I have a Sealy bed at home, we bought it from QVC around four years ago now. It’s incredibly comfortable, supportive and I love the additional storage in the divan too.

We have a special offer from Sealy available on qvcuk.com and the QVC app from Tuesday 6th July with the Response Gel 2100 Springs Deep Pillowtop Mattress & Divan (the product number is 815938). There will also be an option to order the mattress on its own (under product number 815939). You’ll be able to see it being presented LIVE in the studio throughout Saturday 10th July.

You can save up to 47% on our Today’s Special Value compared to purchasing direct from Sealy. Their brilliant team have also created a special Frequently Asked Questions page especially for QVC customers, click here to find out more.

Do you have any tips for a good night’s sleep? Do you have any bedtime rituals? Let me know in the comments below, I’m always on the lookout for new ideas and I’m sure others would find them helpful too.

On Friday 9th July, the sun-care experts at Ultrasun will be launching our Best Find of the Day. The collections come in a choice of Anti-Ageing (above left) or Glamour (above right). This is the final planned Today’s Special Value offer of the year from Ultrasun and both choices feature the top-rated Anti-Pigmentation Hand Cream SPF 25 (the product number is 243519).
.

And finally… on Sunday 11th July the L’Occitane team will be bringing a five-piece For the Love of Shea collection to QVC. This huge Today’s Special Value offer comes in a choice of Floral, Fresh or Warm (the product number is 243915).

The Floral option (pictured above) features Rosemary Liquid Soap, which is just lovely! The Fresh option brings you an invigorating citrus line-up with zesty notes and their famous Verbena aromatic. The Warm option is headlined by Sweet Almond Liquid Soap and also features their Intensive Hand Balm for very dry skin.

As always, you can connect with me at any time on my Instagram, Facebook and Twitter pages, plus right here on my blog. I look forward to hearing from you.

Take care, Will x
