As many of you will have heard, we recently said goodbye to the wonderful Tova Borgnine. Tova touched the hearts of millions of people over the years, she was a familiar face on QVC internationally and her skincare, fragrances and jewellery are bestsellers.
I was very fortunate to have shared some fun, crazy and inspiring times with Tova. Back in 2013 myself and Alison Young hosted a few shows from the QVC studios in America, Tova lived nearby and invited us over for ‘tea’, well that actually meant champagne and canapés – that’s how Tova rolled!
In 2015, I interviewed Tova in her suite at The Ritz in central London for her 20th anniversary on QVC. Tova always stayed at The Ritz when in town, it was her home from home and the team adored her. I’ve managed to find the video for you, it made me smile watching it back…

More recently in 2019, I sat down with Tova for the Inside QVC podcast, we talked and talked, her stories were fabulous as always, I’ve never heard so many big names in one interview. You can listen back here, we will also be re-releasing this episode on Monday 7th March as a special tribute.
So, cheers to you Tova, thank you for the glamour, the advice, the kind emails and of course the champagne. We’re all going to miss you very much, shine like the star you will always be!

She was a lovely “lady” and will be missed by many, may she rest in peace.
I just loved Tova – old style Hollywood , if only today’s ‘stars ‘ had the class and glamour as she had : we have no one to compare with her – Rest peacefully Tova .

I adored watching Tova at QVC she was always so interesting glamorous and wonderful. Deeply saddened at her passing. However, she truly had a wonderful life.

So sad to hear of the passing of this incredibly elegant and true “lady”. What stories she had to tell and what a life she had. I’m not sad in one way as she is finally with her true love and husband, Ernest. However our lives will be poorer without her and the wonderful jewellery she wore and created. RIP Tova 💕💕💕

Oh dear Can’t believe Tova has passed away. I always found her confident in her manner on screen. Very sensual she liked to come across and her stories of her Aunt who inspired her. I always said to my husband she looks great for her age. Yes I worked it out. but I know age was just a number. Beautiful jewellery. and perfumes. So Sad. Will miss seeing on QVC.

What a lovely tribute Will to beloved Tova. She really was lovely and such a elegant lady – a beautiful person both inside and out. Loved watching her shows and i have bought several of her lovely diamonique pieces over the years and each one is gorgeous. Loved her stories behind each piece. May she RIP with her beloved Ernie. I was so saddened to hear of Tova’s sudden passing. What a beautiful, elegant lady she was – always so smart, sophisticated and full of fascinating stories.
Bless you Tova. Rest in peace, gorgeous lady and, if there’s anything beyond this life, I hope you’re reunited with your Ernie, and drinking champagne on a fluffy cloud together, for all eternity.

Well done Will- a beautiful tribute to a glamorous lady we all loved watching & listening to! She always shared stories of a bygone time of showbiz & luxury but was always kind & loving towards others including the models which was nice to see. I used to wear Tova perfume & always had compliments & have some Tova jewellery which I treasure. She always made me laugh when she used to give out “warnings” about wearing her sultry perfume & being followed down the street by men asking what she was wearing- fabulous!

I have some of her jewellery pieces and her perfumes; a lovely reminder of her.
